University Governance Proposal Deadlines 2024-25

*Last UCC deadline for Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 implementation.

Proposals that require Faculty Senate approval must also be approved by the University President after the Faculty Senate Meeting vote. Some proposals may require additional notification to or approval from SACSCOC prior to implementation. If so, this will be noted at the bottom of the proposal and included in the CIM approval workflow. All proposals need to be processed by the Unviersity Registrar's Office after these approvals are done in order to be entered into CaneLink and in the next year's Academic Bulletin.
